Pickled vegtables

 

We grow artichokes, cardoncelli mushrooms and aromatic herbs like parsley, oregano, garlic which we use to make our pickles.


Porcini mushrooms and mixed forest mushrooms such as Galletti, Chiodini, Imbutini etc. are added to our crops, coming from spontaneous collection in the forests and woods bordering our company in an uncontaminated environment and far from any source of pollution.

 

After the harvest, the same day we ask the ASL of Potenza for edibility certifications before processing and putting them on the market.


The processing of our pickles takes place with our exclusive recipe mixing in exact proportions white wine vinegar spices and herbs and of course our Mantenera extra virgin olive oil.

 

Once the artichokes or mushrooms are consumed, the oil can be used for seasoning or cooking.
